Dear Erica,
The fact that you have dyslexia has not affected your ability to communicate. You are a good communicator. You’ve communicated very well that you are frustrated, fluster, angry, and very put-out by your coworkers, as you should be. There is help, and here is how you find it; call your community college, ask for their department that helps students with disabilities, make an appointment to speak with a counselor that specializes with students with disabilities. The people in this department are employed there because they have the resources and know-how to give YOU the help you need.
I can see how keeping this a “secret” may make you feel safe, (temporarily) but eventually you will feel isolated. I can tell you from my own experience; you can find help, but you must go to the help, it won’t come to you.
Best of luck,
From someone who has walked in your shoes.
