 I'm sure there is help out there for your brother. Have you seen Aamir Khan's movie "Taare Zameen Par"? It is about a boy with dyslexia. It's very insightful and inspiring.

I don't know the age of your brother but are you aware that dyslexia is often teamed with ADHD? He might have that combo. Google the combo and see what yo find.
