i have been been diagnosis ed with dyslexia i am 45 years old and i am now in school to get my L.P.N. and they need paper work but the doctor that diagnosis me is now dead so i don't know where i should go for my paper work or do i have to be retested,and where would i go for that. i am now on winter break and they need at asap. could you give me some info i am in northern ky

I am26 yrs old.since I was diagnosed as akid in grade school.but I need one now so that I can finaly get help. i donot have money. I want to go to trade school but im ashame. I live in chicago. PLEASE HELP ME! get diagnose as a adult.
