Hello Seamaster “club”
I need some info about prop-size for a Seamaster 813
We own 2 Seamasters, a 813 and a 30
The 30 named “Master T” has 2 Leyland thonycroft 2,5 diesels
TMP gearbox’s, gearratio 2 / 1
A view years ago i fitted new props to reduce rpm’s from 3500 to 2600 max
Note: prop-size enlaged from 16 X 12 to 16 X 16, topspeed from 8 up to 10 knots

The 813 named Virodi has a Single Wortham Blake / BLMC Fisherboy 1.5 litre diesel.
Wortham Blake HyDrive gearbox, gearratio 2 / 1
Curently a 12 X 8 rh prop

Now we want to fit a new prop under the 813 to reduce rpm’s from 3300 to about 2600 rpm
Engine running at max 3300 rpm / 7 knots

What is the standard Prop-size?
What is the recomanded prop-size to reduce engine prm’s to 2600?

With best regards
