I would say that the low oil pressure probably has something to do with your oil which is now contaminated with water and turned to creamy colour? which is now probably a lot thinner in viscosity than it should be and hence the oil pressure is down. The lack of power that you refer to is probably due to lack of compression which diesels need a lot of to work correctly. I would definately take the head off and examine further.
