The problem with the compression was that the rocker cover
gasket had become so thin that the engine was always decompessed by the cam, it took quite a bit to find that out.
Changed the OIl several times still some water in it also the Oil pressure still seems low,

Question if the Oil filter is clogged will that affect the pressure and would it increase it or decrease it.
Is it downstream or upstream of the main bearings ?
