Hello Everyone,Could someone tell me a thing or two about a steren gland,for example how often should i change it ?,is it an easy job to do? should i do the job myself or should i get someone elce to do it for me (insurance reasons should anything go wrong)the boat i have is a seamaster 30 highline with a 4.108 perkins diesal engin.thanks
