I have a 23 foot sailing seamaster. The shrouds are pulling up the decking. The decking around the shrouds has slight cracks and is pulling up.

Does anyone have any advice, experience in

-cutting through the fibre glass and replacing the chainplates?

-repairing the decking and replacing the shround?
