Subject: Seamaster 30 Stuffing Box Grease

I have a Seamaster 30 with a single BMC 1.8 engine. There is a brass cap at the prop shaft bearing (stuffing Box) which if unscrewed will let water out which I presume is normal, no water comes out of the end of the shaft when cruising. Question is what is the corrrect grease to squirt in and how much ?. I did find an old grease tube but most of the writing is worn off, I can make out the word High .... Soapy Grease.
