Galen,

I was just typing a detailed description of how we replaced the headlining in our S23 saloon at relatively low cost when my PC crashed! :-(

If you are (or anyone else is)interested in the details, post a question or email me.

In summary, we pinched various ideas from the Internet and used Foamex panels, Extra strength Velcro and Foam backed vinyl.

The people at Hawkehouse.co.uk were brilliant about giving advice about adhesives etc.

We are quite pleased with the end result.

Good luck.

Rav.
