Hi, last year on my 23S sailer, I re-engined with a Kubota Z482 13 HP twin cylinder diesel marinsed system.This is similar to either the Betamarine and Nanni engines but at a fraction of the cost. The basic engines are the same. The Seamaster club have a full set of my installation photos and reports/instructions.We can make 6.5 knots at 2500RPM and only 1 litre of fuel per hour.
