It would be helpful if you said what model of boat it is. Even then the water system could well have been modified during the boat's life. The best way to find it is locate the water tank and then trace the pipe to the pump. It will most likely be somewhere under the cockpit floor.

I doubt you will be able to get a manual unless you can find another owner with one which you can copy.
