The Recreational Craft Directive scheme was introduced about 15 years ago so probably predates your 815 by several years. Therefore, it wont have a CE class and never will, like tens of thousands of older boats.

If you are looking for guidance about what conditions you can safely go out in, perhaps you could ask other owner here what they think.
