Hi ian, yes Mer is available from most car stockists. Avoid using turtle wax though, it is twice as easy to apply, but needs doing about 30 to 40 times in a year!

Insurance company has paid out for all the back cabin to be re-upholsterd, and new fittings throughout. got all the bilges painted when the company removed all the furniture. as water entered the exhaust, i had a part engine recon and i have got to admit, even though the engine was in place, the engineers nearly rebuilt the whole lot. They now run so much better.

A force 9 in the River humber is what i would believe to be no ones idea of fun, but sometimes have no option. I went to the boat after the work was completed and i raised a glass to her, no longer do i have to worry about her sea handling capability!

Take care guys.
James
