Hi Mike, As far as I know the ID plaque with the HIN was fitted to the bulkhead in the cockpit. You may find the build no. written in pencil on the underside of drawers or backs of panels. If you can find this, take your template to a smithy or someone who makes horse brasses and they may be able to cast you one with your number stamped on it.
