Subject: Cockpit cover fastenings - Seamaster 23

My cockpit cover is fixed using 'lift-the-dot' studs. The studs are secured to the windowframe by screwing (machine screw thread) them in to 15mm tubes which fit into the holes in the frame. These tubes are shaped like bullet shells and recieve the studs securing them to the frame. (The tube goes in to the hole from the inside of the frame and the stud screws in from the outside). Does anyone know where to obtain replacement tubes please. My boat is 30 years old and these tube fittings are perishing. I've tried 'Lift-the-dot' suppliers but the tube fittings appear to be out of production. Any help will be appreciated.
