Hi Alan,
I had a 1500 ford petrol with a velvetdrive 1 to 1 box on, with a 10 x 10 prop on it. I now have a watermota sea panther Diesel 30hp plus a hurth 2 to 1 box, and I have a 14 x 12 prop, I will have to re-pitch the prop I think I do 6 knots at full and it revs out really Quick so I am well under propped The 14" prop is the maximum I dare put on. regards Andy
