Hi, Paul.

We've got a 4.107 in Terra Nova. We've had to have the HP pump renovated, which has revealed leaks at the injectors, like yours. We had new pipes fabricated but they were inexact copies and only one of them has been used. The engineer has (eventually) managed to cure all leaks now. Good luck!
