Please respond if there are any other owners of this good old boat interested in an exchange of ideas or info on this boat. It seems to have been based on a Bruce Roberts 45 design, but I am not sure. If you are buying one, watch ut for blisters concealed by bottom coat. Even a good survey didn't pick it up. It can be repaired, but I suggest deduct 10K from offer price.

Positives: I am a new to sailing owner and am having fun with this, my first sailboat. It is a little hard to single hand, but the autpilot helps when I have to run forward.
