Hi Alan
My Seamaster 23 (which I'm in the process of refitting (by the way: need a major rebuild of my Bukh DV10 engine or a reconditioned replacement - any ideas?)) simply has the port cockpit scupper connected to the starboard drain seacock, and vice versa - the theory being that you don't ship water when the boat is heeling. In all 4 jubilee clips. If you want I'll go and measure the hose diameter.
Pete.
