I am considering renewing my sails which are a little tired now and have obtained quotes from a number of sources. Local, national and also from Hong Kong Sailmakers, UK dealers are C J International. As expected there is a wide range of prices but the best by far is from C J international. The weight of material ranges from 5oz (CJI) to 6.8oz. Questions are does a small yacht like the 23s need 6.8oz material or is 5oz perfectly acceptable and does anyone have experience of Hong Kong Sailmakers products.
