10 years ago my aunt passed away from cancer leaving behind 2 children from her first marriage and her second husband Dwayne. A year after her death I had lost contact with Dwayne, he went over the road since her death, and has pretty much been there since then. But in the year 2003 I found him running across my mind more then usual, and in the winter months from November to January thoughts of him was really strong. Then one day this guy had came into work, and we were talking and come to find out he was one of Dwayne's friends from way back and said that he could get me a number so that i can call him. And 2 days later the guy brought me his number, but I didn't get the courage to call him until 2 days after that I wasn't sure how he would react to that, but when I did call him he was very glad to hear from me. And we talked twice that nite, seemed like forever.That was on Tuesday, then I called him again on Thursday and he said that he would be in town and wanted to see me again. Welp, that happened and more then that came along also, we ended up together, it was strange at first and I felt quilty for I felt like I was doing wrong to my aunt(whom I was close to). But I knew that she would want us to be happy no matter what. After we got comfortable with each other and the situation everything was goin great, we believed that she has brought us together. Until 3 months later when he called and he said that he wasn't ready which really through me off. Since then we have stayed in contact quit a bit while he is on the road but when he is home he seems to try and avoid coming around as much as he use to. I don't understand what happened to him. I love him and I know that he loves me! And I went as far 4 days ago in asking him to marry me, but of course that was a no also. How could something so right go so wrong. I beleive that we were meant to be together, but I dont know if he is affraid or is fighting his feelings. I have offered to exit his life, but he doesnt want that. I want to know what you see in this,, is this something that I should let go of or what I am confused could you please help me? Tina 11/1/73 & Dwayne 12/18/68 Thank you, Tina
