I have a VLC model 8825 from 1999. I am looking for any information on the unit. schematics, technical info, also would like to be able to change the games that are on the machine but cannot modify due to it asking for a pal chip? Does anyone know where I can acquire the chips or any further information it would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards

dave

Chris,
I need help with my VLC Winning touch machine also.
It was working fine. Then I put it into unheated storage for a year and the batteries went dead. I replaced the batteries (3 button type on a small board, and the main 3.6V one on the main board. Now it is giving me a message saying "ramset required" with a number below it.
Did I erase my ram chips by letting the batteries go dead?
Can I get new chips or get them programmed?

I'm not real familiar with the VLC, this is the only one of this type I have. The main battery voltage was low and i replaced that. (not as easy as an IGT) I can't find anything in the attendent menu that addresses the error code. any help would be hot
