On my S+, the only way I got my reel error code to clear was to turn the reset key on the outside of the machine (right side) and at the same time open and close the door. The Code cleared and it has worked fine ever since! The key was holding the reset key in the turn position while I did it.- don't know why it worked, but it did. Nothing else I did seemed to work.
