The hopper micro switch seems to be adjusted properly and ohms properly when a coin passes under. But I see something obvious, the 2 wires(grey and green) from the micro switch goes to a 3 pin molex connector, on the micro switch side of this molex connector there was a diode that came off the green wire and jumped to the 3rd pin. (diode was burnt up). The diode was conneced to red wires on the other half of the molex connector. I cannot tell the value of this diode as it crumbled away. I have not seen this diode on my other machines. Is this missing diode causing the hopper to run all the time? Can you give me an idea of the value of this diode?

The hopper runs all the time, never had a chance to wait for a payout. The hopper has never worked while I have owned this machine.
