Subject: Help With King Pulsar Slot Machine Issues

Today I purchased a slot machine from a private party. It's the Yamasa King Pulsar Green slot machine that uses tokens. When I got it set up tonight at home I noticed that the 3 reels are so dimly lit you can't see them well at all...compared to the rest of the machine. Is a bulb burned out or is that how this machine looks? Just very dull and not enticing at all. Also there is a noise coming from the machine. Seems to be around the top area inside the door. Sort of a humming I guess...but loud enough to get on your nerves in a quiet room. Then my husband and I each got a shock when we touched the outside of the machine as well. This might have something to do with the humming noise or some wire touching metal inside the machine someplace. I have no clue whatsoever. The guy I bought it from disconnected one of the lower speakers because it is so loud. Now not so bad. Would this affect it making that humming noise? I just want to place it in my booth at an every weekend fair so kids and other folks can play with it while shopping. I sold my Dale Earnhardt Sr. Looney Tunes slot on Saturday and now I wish I hadn't. It was bright and didn't make any noise like this thing is. If someone can advise me about why the reels look so dull light-wise and about the noise/shock (it doesn't shock us every single time) I would appreciate it so much. Perhaps it needs a bulb replacement. Where do you go for those? I live in southeastern Wisconsin in case someone local knows how to fix these. New to this forum so hope someone can help me. Very disappointed in my purchase. Seems like I paid $200 for nothing right now. Thank you.
