1982 Bally E-2000 (E-2212 5 line pay) Has a cotinuous Tilt error.

Reset button clears the tilt and locks all 3 reels. Coins are accepted, after the handle is pulled it shows tilt, and the reels continuously spin, but no other error codes are shown on the display. The battery on the M.P.U. board reads 3.6V which should be in spec. Anyone ever seen this or resolved this issue before?

I still haven't been able to resolve the TILT issue, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
