Here is the response I received from the guy who sold me the game kit. I havent tried it yet so I will cavet that this advice comes without any expressed warranty.

Thanks. Unfortunately my machine is a little different. There is no spin reels button. I have collect, reserve and play 1-play2-play3-play4-play5 credit buttons. The machine has 5 reels. Each press of test button takes it to another test function (sound, music, input, output etc) but no number codes are displayed.
