If you need a manual, e mail me. I can walk you through the saferam clear procedures but there are 3 types and you need to do a complete Saferam Clear. also- some Pros require Clear RAM Chips U-12 and U-15, and will not do a Saferam clear. It is not difficult, just tedious and you must follow exactly the procedure. If it does not work, you need to know how to pull the Ram chips out and put the new ones in without bending the delicate pins. you should use a Chip puller! and very gently- and ground yourself.
