if you cant find the volume switch on the top of cpu, you must have a later style board. to access volume level: with machine turned on, clear off credits on machine, open door, push the advance cursor button (small white button) watch display until you find a 2-1, if it reads 2-0 the sound is off, turn it on by pushing the spin reels button to get 2-1. next turn the jackpot reset key on the outside of the machine once. the display should read 3-x (1-9) adjust sound by pushing the spin reels button the sound level will go from 1-9 than repete. if you still have no sound, disconnect your speaker and check it with an ohm meter. the speaker should have some resistance. if none, replace it.
