Subject: I totally agree with you. Killing her off was just plain ugliness on TPTB's part (his way of flipping the bird during contentious contract negotiations with the actress's husband)....made no sense in terms of the storylines they had built over the years. She was an interesting character, and such a foil for Mac and Harriet - I too wanted to learn what made her tick.
