Yes, Sturgis reacted the first time too.

It actually could have been funny if they had worked that in with Keeter. Obviously, the first time Mac saw him in that jail cell he was out of it, but the second time, when he was much more coherent, he could have said something like the drugs must not have worn off yet because I'm seeing a ghost, or something like that. Oh well, just another missed opportunity.

Don't remember Harm mentioning that he had already told Keeter. My JAG memory seems to be faded with time. :-(
