Subject: I would hazzard a guess and say that the Star Trek franchise, has an enormous following that's been going on for years. I'm pretty sure that there were Trekkies and Trekkers way before the popularity of the internet. The Xphiles (followers of the X-Files), were a very busy internet group in the early days. I think we are a niche group, compared to other popular shows.

[> [> [> Jag is special to me too unlike other show plus it helps i love and will always support our troops. DJE and CB portrayed those characters perfectly. The series may be corny but its quite an old fashioned entertainment that is missing in today's TV. Harm and Mac will always be my all time favorite couple. -- Kelly, 12:44:41 07/21/14 Mon

[> [> [> [> Good point. Because JAG was a legal show, it showed the bad with the good in the Navy. But it never disrespected the services or the troops. Instead, it highlighted their humanity, in often inhumane circumstances. -- Cece, 13:39:35 07/21/14 Mon
