Can you identify the episode by the summary below AND identify the season? Did you know the 'interesting' tidbit at the end of the summary?


Harm and Mac engage in a tense courtroom battle when a Navy SEAL is accused of murdering his friend during a mission,
and Harm goes way overboard to prove a point about firearms, firing a machine gun the court room.
This is the first episode of the series in which a trial takes place in the JAG HQ courtroom.

Heros. Seal was gay and in essence committed suicide as he stepped in from on the bullet his friend shot. His father was in denial.

Heroes -- JAG and Harm at their best! I think it established Harm more than Harm and Mac. However, the next best to Rabb seemed to be a continuing theme. Yet, it did show them "friends" after battle which also was a continuing theme. INSP skips this episode due to content.
