Subject: Regarding the outage see below. The outage was so long they created a Facebook page to explain it. Below is what was posted on June 12th. They are creating a back up plan so this won't happen again.

VoyForums, and many other California private and state organizations, are experiencing a prolonged downage due to an upstream network misconfiguration, and a resulting block being placed on multiple networks. In over 22 years of operation we have never experienced such a horrible downage, but our systems are fine and we are working with the upstream providers to resolve the issue. We apologize, sincerely, for the downage, and we understand it has had a great impact on the communities using our services
