Two emails from Amazon assured me delivery date of today--and I had saved $XXX by preordering. As of 5:00 p.m., no DVDs in the mail, and no delivery by UPS. Called Amazon--their records show the DVDs were shipped May 19th. Called UPS--they have no record of EVER picking up the DVDs from Amazon.

Amazon promised delivery by Friday--we'll see. Hays is exactly six hours west of Kansas City and Six hours east of Denver--right in the middle of nowhere. (To make things even more aggrevating, the local Walmart probably won't have the new releases until next week.)

I am both so disappointed and envious!!
