You are right-they do need a pageant rating board. But we have just started pageants in August & each program book lists the judges & the credentials. Maybe the Northeast has more honest pageant system. I moved up North 13 years ago but I used to attend Southern pageants and they weren't that bad. Apparently they are now..........

Try NES they give individual scoresheets out, masters available and judges names and bios are in the program books, just a couple of things you complained about above. There are plenty of other pageants like NES you just have to check around and find the good ones. In the Northeast I don't know of any pageant that cheats, they are very fair up here all of them
