YES! I have successfully loaded Windows XP Pro on a Gateway Solo 9100 Ver. 6.0 having a Pentium 150 and 64MB of memory. It's a little slow on startup. But once up and running, it works well. There's a lot of memory swapping going on with more complicated work. A memory upgrade will probably solve that problem. A CPU upgrade would help as well. But I believe I must install a whole new motherboard since the CPU is soldered to the board (I think).

Anyway, it does work!
