SOLO 2500 -- Gateway Solo Service & Parts Information

I have been given a SOLO 2500 laptop. Had to format the hard drive and then reload the software. However, I have a "Unknown Device". Gateway Tech Support says that I need a Red Driver CD to resolve the problem and they don't have them. Does anyone have one that can send to me or make me a copy.
