Wasn't Viva thinking about Regine being Darna in a full-length movie? Regine's "Search for A Star" was Viva. But Regine's new show "Pinoy Pop Superstar is channel 7. Regine is still an artist with Viva Records? When did channel 7 first think of putting together their own record outfit, you wonder.. And isn't that an old fmr Viva manager in chan.7 new recording company? Anyone from channel 7 make a move to Viva lately? Maybe that female who is being sued by Kris might be thinking of it. Has anyone noticed how what would be considered important relevant entertainment news with some actual information valve to it isn't being picked up by the newspaper, tv or radio media outlets that much? If at all .. If what has happened between channel 7 and Viva music which would be of interest to the viewers,listeners and fans of celebs who worked for both companies isn't being reported like it should be then what exactly are we seeing and reading about in the entertainment scene or showbiz news?! Anyone ever watch the old movie called "The Sting"? Its about these professional con artists who attempt to fool this rich hoodlem/businessman by making him invest in a fool-proof scam that involves race-horse gambling. But the horseraces being announced over the PA system have already been over and the gambling joint is a fake. In fact, everyone in the place are just acting and are only pretending to be gamblers and employees there. Only the person they want to fool is not in the loop. Showbiz is being one big false thing after the other. And what is real is kept hidden from view. From the public. What good is shows like the BUZZ if they are not reporting the inside buzz but only what looks like the silliest news that are sounding more like paid commercials! Two articles last week weren't even articles but actually paid advertisement! One was with Ariel, Gelli and some little cute kid.. Must be theirs. hehe.. But the article is really an ad for.. skin cream?! Forgot. What happened to real showbiz news? All I see are PR junk! Where's the real buzz with channel 7 and Viva! Aren't you RV music and SOP fans wondering? Because there is one person the middle of those two media companies. There were rumors years ago that Viva wasn't happy with GMA back then because GMA was supposedly insisting that a certain timeslot be dedicated to GMA stars only and that they wanted Viva stars to be restricted to a specific timeslot. The rumors said that because of all this, Viva went to Channel 13 to air some of their new programs. This did not make sense when I heard years ago because most of the "Gma Stars" back then were already Viva Artists anyway. Sigh! Who knows??? I really don't care one way or another. Rumors don't exactly enhance my music appreciation experience anyway.
