Greetings Regine fans-
I like that post. Sounds nice. Really good stuff.
But have you been gone recently? You missed alot of
the important posts by other fans that mentioned
heavy factual tidbits about this artist.
One fan watched her concert (or was it just a show?)
in Cebu. And Regis song line-up were mostly all Regine
songs. Songs Regine has recorded including..
"Dancing Queen?!"
And you had to know her "Come in and Out of the Rain?"
is Regine inspired.
when I saw the video I thought it was Regine for a
moment too. I would have sworn it was Regine's voice.
This girl got the Regine style pretty down pat. She
just lacks the emotional edge. (hmmm.. ya know..
so did Dessa in her time. intriguing. Regis is
like a Dessa Clone at times to me.)
And the dress she wore was vintage Regine. Her actions.
the scene. Geez, everything!
This girl was taking on Regine on purpose. And it
wasn't something she did on her own too. Her handlers
(especially the ones hidden in the background) were
doing the Regine thing in the same manner we remember
it was being done with Lani M. Except she was no Regine.
Man, she must have hated doing it too. But this
girl was almost born to do the part. She has to
be a Regine watcher BIG TIME. But up to now I
have yet to read anything about it. In fact,
the media articles being put out by her people
are being very careful about mentioning the
Regine connection was clearing taking advantage
of it too.
Until recently she was 'given' the nick by the player
in the background as Asia's Power Belter. We all
stopped that (familar) attempt to get that artist
indirectly linked to the Song Bird's status.
'We' meaning this group of Regine fans, friends
and cronies- ASIA'S SONGBIRD MAILING LIST.
Maybe Ruiz likes Regis. I kind of too. But let's
not make excuses anymore for things that have been
proven is happening. Regis may have talent but she
does not have a mind of her own yet. She is still
just a talking head of the publicist and other
handlers. Looks like channel 2 is personally
directly involve more than they should be.
I don't believe what happened on 'Star In A Million'
is what it was. And that's how far I'll go with that.
This girl may have her own style. But she is doing
her Regine thing enough that she should be put on
notice and Regine's camp should send in their top
financial manager and bill that girl a few percentage
points for making her star rise (and making some money)
from copying to the "T" the clothes, style, actions,
voice, songs and nick of your Regine Valasquez.
I was just in a discussion about what will be
an important post soon about the topic.. how
other artists should be paying for the copying
of the hows and ways of other artists. Regine
should be compensated. This is not a joke.
It was looked into and I think she has a very
good case(s) to work with. Especially when my
research proves these managing handlers have
been doing it on purpose.
This would preempt the post/article big tidbit
but I believe Lani M. is case number one for
it. And it would be in the tens of millions.

Regine got a strong case on her. So I'm glad
she is working again in the U.S. hehe.. And
Lani's background handlers seems were trying
to do the same thing with Regis too. But you
saw how fast they back-tracked on that one.
So fast that alot of Regine fans missed it.
But now you're updated, group..
And hopefully Regine's camp is too. And
knows a good clue when they see one.

Its a nice post, really.. But unlike every other music
artist and celebrity out there right now where their
fans fight each other or put down other artists without
justification that is not the case with Regine Velasquez
and her fans. Regine has been under attack in the media
and in personal circumstances by her ex-handlers. And
they are using other artists like Regis and Lani to
take away what belongs to Regine. Income that rightly
belongs to her. Income that I know could be used to
help her realize great things for the industry that
we all been wanting to see happen.
Its been 4 years since the attacks started to happen
regularly. With "R2K." Its time that fans realized this
and see that it will not end unless you want it too.
Fans need to react and strike back in unison to
protect the artists many of you claim you care for.
Its been done. And this one should be a cake-walk.
But if you keep looking at the others instead of
yourself to start the reactions then you might
as well be waiting for "R3K" to come out in 3000AD.
Its a fan's turf, people.. That's the secret you
don't realized. You not only can make the difference-
you are the difference. And the industry knows that.
If you don't do your own thinking then others will
the thinking for you and the way they'll want you
to understand it.
