Lani didn't go to the US to try an international career..the reason is a personal reason regarding her family..so let's not assume the reasons why she went abroad..and i doubt that she will run out of dollars right away..u can bash her all u want but i know that she can live comfortably right now and not come back to showbiz if she wanted to..it's so easy to talk bad about people when they can't defend themselves..just talk about Regine being back in the Philippines..since this is a Regine message board..so leave Lani alone cuz as far as i know this is not her message board..peace..

So basically she just said in order to
become an international artist she had
to quit her last management and get
away from them as far as possible.
Aba. Isn't that like mirroring that post
that was put on this forum telling Regine's
ex-handlers that the music people who were
interested in helping Regine with her
international music dreams have stopped
trying?
Looks like Lani knows exactly what the
meaning were with some of the messages
being posted in here.

If Regine fans are assuming what her reasons for leaving
were its because alot of us have good reasons to. I want
to know what her reasons are. And I don't have to go
through the many, many reasons why we all will want to.
They all have been discussed here for the last few years.
I'll acknowledge this Anthony's reasons are probably
being protective for the artist. Which is something I
can appreciate. But sometimes people are not doing the
right thing when they think they are. Hiding the real
truth may be the bad thing. Especially if it means that
another artist is going to go through the same thing
again because some facts were kept hidden so no one
knew any better.
Let's share good information with each other when it is
about other female music artists. Especially those you
know are related to the Song Bird in some ways. And Lani,
who was known fondly here as Regine's Clone, is as close
and relevant and related as there can be out there. There
should be no hiding and covering of the truth in these
forums. The more people are pushing to do that the more
we should be digging deeper. Experience has taught me
that.
Besides, that is what Boy Abunda said in the interview
right? And what else did he ask? I now like to ask Boy
Abunda about the obvious questions he wasn't asking.
Since he had to know that she quit that management. Why
wasn't he asking about that? hmmm..
Just not his concern?

what gave her .. who gave her the idea that she is
capable in launching an international music career?
This may sound insulting but its really a good question
to ask. Because I haven't seen anything in the media
that was indicating there was a clamour for her to
make an album outside the country. And I don't recall
knowing if any of her albums even reached platinum yet.
And if that was a message meant for someone to hear
about I think she should make the attempt to reach
that person and not think anyone is going to go out
of their way to talk to her about it.

I read somewhere she is planning to open a talent agency
in the U.S.?! The stories are getting stranger by the
day..

i know her reason for leaving the country..it's a family reason that i don't think is fair to tell people..i respect her decision and her being private about the reason..it's nothing about her career but all about her family..
