The election period begins January 1, 2004 and ends April 30, 2004.
All readers if FHM and their friends and family, whether male of
female, are welcome to vote. Voters can vote as many times and in as
many ways as they want.
Votes may be cast by:
Filling out ballots (photocopied ballots will also be accepted)
printed in FHM and faxing them to 637-2206 or mailing them to FHM 100
Sexiest Women 2004 Survey, Summit Publishing Company Inc., Level 1,
Robinson's Galleria Mall, Ortigas Center, Quezon City;
Logging on to www.fhm.com.ph and;
Voting through SMS - each SMS vote tallies as two (2) votes.

complete name, complete address.
