Subject: What does my dream mean?

I had a dream last night that i don't understand... Me and my boss have a flirtatious relationship but that's it. It's just fun and harmless. He has a girlfriend who is so jealous of me. So my dream was me and him cuddling at his house then we started kissing, then he got up to see if his girlfriend was home or not and she was and saw us. She came out and i said i was so sorry and gave her a long hug. It wasn't a huge deal like it would've been in reality. I don't want my boss... i just like him as a person, not a boyfriend. What does this mean?
