I had a dream that my last ex-bofriend had picked me up from the hospital and i didn't even know that he was coming i had thought my boyfriend was coming, and then through out the ride he was holding my hand in like a flirty way and on the way to our destination we had past my boyfriend and he had an upset look on his face what does this mean and this is not the first dream this week with my ex-boyfriend in it.
