Sorry for the long delay.
I just picked up that information, and I am equally interested on how she was elected, when there is no clear mention of how she was choosen for Miss World 2004. I am not too certain how that selection process is done in Portugal (i.e., some Latin countries will send a 3rd or 4th, and sometimes a 5th runner-up to other regional pageants, such as the Reina del Cafe, Miss Hibiscus, etc...)Do you have any news on if the Miss Portugal organization will have a delegate in 2004 Miss Universe?
