QUEEN OF THE YEAR 2004
Welcome to the Queen of the Year 2004. About 61 lovely delegates around the world who finished as runners-up, finalists, and semi-finalists respectively will vie for the title of Queen of the year from the big 4 pageants of the world (Universe, World, International, and Earth). The winners from the big 4 pageants are not included because we want to give a chance for those who finished as their runners-up, finalists, and semi-finalist.
How the pageant runs:
First, we are going to announce the top 20, then top 10, and last will be the announcement of winners.
How to judge:
You give score for each delegate from 7.5-10.00. The lowest score would be 7.5 and the highest score is 10.00. For example: Australia Universe 9.25 World 8.14 Brazil Earth 8.36 Colombia International 7.98.
How to determine the top 20:
The top 20 delegates who gained the highest scores will be in top 20. If 2-3 delegates with the same country entered into the top 20 the highest 1 will be in, and the other 2 will be out. For example: India Earth 9.41 India Universe 9.34 India International 9.48, India international will be in top 20. The other 3 will be out in the top 20.
