Subject: JAG and NCIS

I was talking with a friend today about NCIS. She didn't know that NCIS began on JAG. I am not sure if it is considered a spinoff or not. None of the JAG characters went to the show, but it began on JAG. I always thought that somehow they would have combined the characters to work together but they had other ideas.
I find it very funny that it seems (just my opinion) most big JAG fans didn't care for NCIS and most big NCIS fans don't care for JAG even though they both had the same writers and producers LOL! I kinda like both but I guess it is obvious which one I liked best!

Would you have been interested in seeing any of the JAG group go to NCIS on a regular basis?

Would you have been interested in seeing Mac become a liasion of some type with NCIS?

Do you think that NCIS had any effect on JAG ratings?

Do you think that the quality of JAG stories suffered after NCIS was established?

I tried my very best to find screen caps from Ice Queen or Meltdown to show to my friend but no luck. If you know where I can find just one or two please let me know. She said she would love to see these two episodes but I know I don't have them.
