Subject: Was he cheating or was he saving a young woman's life? She was very depress. Senior did what was nessecary to convince her that life was worth living even if the love of her life was dead. Think about this way too, he probably told Trish that if he was killed or MIA, he wanted Trish, his wife, to go on with her life and remarry so she would have someone and Junior would have a father. That scene was like many scenes in JAG, that was forecast of what was to happen in a later episode a year or more later

Would he have told Trish he had kissed another woman, and if yes, would she be upset? Yes, because he kissed another woman. What if Trish, back home, had kissed another man because he had lost his wife and she wanted to 'convince her that life was worth living'? Would Harm Sr. had been upset? Yes.
