see for yourself "PIT DOGS"(as we like them). Volume 1 ,No.2 .September 15,1952 . page 4. with very top center photo the caption under the photo states "This is Mr. W.E."Red" Howell and the gent on the table is the one and only Centipede." im looking at it with my own two eyes at this very moment. so i ask you, is it possible that this is a "poor duplicate" or "cover up" BTW the "Pit Dogs" mag is an original.
